Feedback comments from previous courses:

Overall – a good awareness raising and valuable ‘hands on’ 2 days. I believe I will be able to offer advice to colleagues more knowledgeably and all will be useful when talking to parents.

Lots of practical advice and very useful handouts, tick sheets etc.

I just wanted to write and say a huge thank you for putting on the course this week. It was really useful and has given me much to think about. I am currently sitting at my computer printing out all the information on the CD. Wow - what a brilliant resource.

Really useful and well put together. Excellent explanations of e.g. glue ear, but also plenty of practical ideas to
implement in the classroom.

The course has been very relevant and useful – I will be able to try some of the things straight away.
It has also given me another way of thinking about those students which had puzzled me.

The case studies were really useful.

There are so many useful things that I will use in my work (too many to say!) It is really good to have a
course attended by so many disciplines.

The practical sessions were excellent.
